Business Analyst

Job Description

OakStreet Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ Years of experience in this field.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Maintain documentation to ensure it accurately reflects business processes and requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business decision-making.
  • Assist in defining data requirements and work closely with data analysts to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
  • Provide input during the development and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Present findings, solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools such as BPMN or UML.
