OakStreet Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- 5+ Years of experience in this field.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Maintain documentation to ensure it accurately reflects business processes and requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business decision-making.
- Assist in defining data requirements and work closely with data analysts to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
- Provide input during the development and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Present findings, solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools such as BPMN or UML.
