- Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframes and final UI.
- Communicate design intent through storytelling, clear rationale, and compelling user-centric solutions.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align vision, resolve ambiguity, and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Push the creative bar through design excellence, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, user research, and design systems.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced tech environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
