- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to drive smooth project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for client POCs, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Streamline workflows, oversee compliance standards, and drive continuous product and process improvement.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex client implementations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
