- Execute payroll runs by entering and validating data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Review and validate timesheets, hours, and attendance, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Handle payroll documentation, including tax forms, direct deposit details, and wage garnishments, while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with payroll pods, team members, and clients to resolve payroll queries and provide timely support.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll experience with strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Knowledge of US payroll including garnishment orders, including child support, tax levies, and wage assignments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with an awareness of confidentiality and data security practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or Accounting.
