OakStreet Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team.
Responsibilities
- 5+ Years of experience in this field.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable features and improvements.
- Continuously refine and adjust priorities based on feedback, changing requirements, and business priorities.
- Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that development teams understand the requirements and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Communicate the product vision, progress, and upcoming features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and schedule releases.
- Ensure that releases are aligned with business goals and deliver value to end-users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
