- Gather, analyze, and document requirements through research, stakeholder input, and structured methods.
- Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs/PRDs, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Conduct impact analysis and support integrations by understanding APIs, data flows, and third-party connections.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, UI/UX, operations, and clients to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, product development lifecycle, and APIs.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in process modeling, workflow design, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
